Tony Jones (The Athletic) on fatigue setting in for Denver: “I play better when I’m tired,” (Jamal) Murray said. His words are admirable. But the evidence of fatigue in the fourth quarter is too heavy to ignore. Oklahoma City outscored Denver 34-19 in the final 12 minutes. Down the stretch, the Nuggets couldn’t come up with a defensive stop when it mattered. The Nuggets missed a snowball of wide-open 3-point looks, and any one or two of those shots could have made a difference had they fallen."
