There will be a Game 7.

After the Thunder crawled back from a 15-point deficit to keep it within single digits at the half, the San Antonio Spurs absolutely wrecked the Thunder in the third quarter. The Spurs, playing inspired basketball facing elimination, absolutely starved OKC's offense, as the Thunder could only muster 13 points, missed 13 straight shots, and went scoreless for over 7 minutes.

While Game 5 was all about the team effort to give OKC a 3-2 series lead, basically no one played well for the Thunder.

There's not much else to say other than to load up all the adjectives to describe the absolute butt-whipping the desperate Spurs gave the defending champs. San Antonio will have a ton of momentum and confidence with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line.

With the shellacking, Jalen William's return (off the bench) ended up being a footnote. Williams will likely start and get more action in the season-deciding Game 7.
