In the first blowout of the Western Conference Finals, San Antonio had all the energy and stifled Oklahoma City--down its two best backup creators in Jalen Williams and Ajay Mitchell. The Spurs had a rough offensive night but forced a much worse one out of the Thunder, who shot a dismal % from three and % overall. The lack of OKC ball handlers was a problem, as SAS forced 11 live ball turnovers and took 14 more free throws than the Thunder.
OKC will look to put this out of their minds, re-energize at home for Game 5 on Tuesday, and hope for one of their perimeter contributors to heal up in a hurry.
