Saturday Morning Cartoons: The Menace
The German and Turkish national teams faced off yesterday in the VTB Super Cup in Hamburg — with Turkey taking a 100-79 win. However, despite Germany’s loss, Dennis Schroder had the type of game that will make Thunder fans salivate.
Schroder dropped 32 points and 14 (!) assists, shooting 4-of-9 from downtown in the process. Not bad for the Thunder’s sixth man, eh?
Check out his highlights below.
32 PTS and 14 AST for new OKC Thunder guard Dennis Schröder in a loss to Turkey. Most importantly, 4-of-9 from 3 for the German guard. Schröder, a career 32.1% 3-point shooter, only made 4+ threes once in 67 games last season. pic.twitter.com/Q9aAuAvgGi
