Official Box Score

Behind a late fourth quarter burst by Donovan Mitchell, the Utah Jazz were able to spoil the home opener for the Oklahoma City Thunder, 110-109. After holding Mitchell to just 8 points through three quarters, the Thunder watched as Mitchell put up 12 in the final quarter to outlast Oklahoma City in a back and forth affair.

The Thunder were led by Luguentz Dort, who not only did a great job on Mitchell for most of the game, but also scored 26 points on 9-11 shooting. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had an inefficient night, but still put up 23 points and 7 assists.

The Thunder have a short turnaround as they face the undefeated (really?) Orlando Magic on Tuesday in the ‘Peake.
