Thunder’s ‘Sunset’ Uniform Option to Return in 2018-19 Season

In a report by Casey Vitelli, it has been revealed the Oklahoma City Thunder will have a fifth uniform option in the 2018-19 season — a sunset orange set of threads known as the “Earned” alternate that Nike is giving to teams that made the playoffs last season. The report was confirmed by Erik Horne of The Oklahoman.

While the uniform is not believed to be an exact replica of the Adidas version last worn in 2016-17, the sunset orange color scheme will, in fact, be making a comeback. The Thunder will debut these on January 30 in Dallas against the Mavericks. The option will reportedly be worn eight times throughout the season — four times at home and four times on the road

With the addition of the “Earned” alternate, we now have a rough idea of the Thunder’s options heading into this season. Check out the lineup via @OKCTracker:

More to come when the exact design is released.
