Saturday Morning Cartoons: KD’s “Sole”

(Good day patrons of DT. Thank you for your dedicated support of Daily Thunder. Now buy yourself another DT-Shirt.)

You may or may not have seen this video before, but I really like it. I love the idea of a shoe being so personal and filled with meaning. It just makes it plain cool. The shoes are spiffy and the KD2 model is even slicker, but the little custom touches are what make this shoe so neat. I’m no sneaker connoisseur, but I did once own a pair of Jordan’s when I was younger. So I think I’m qualified to comment on this, right?

i'm sorry he could put the mona lisa on the bottom of the shoe and it would still be the ugliest damn shoe i have ever saw.......if my friends wore those i would never let him live it down.

My wife is waiting for kids sizes to be available.

That's an awesome video of showing the actual meaning of the symbols on the bottom of the shoes. I think it shows more and more what type of great person Durant is. One thing I just wish people at the games would give a better applause or cheer for him when he is introduced in the starting lineup. I think a lot of people take for granite how great of a player we do have in our organization with KD. A lot of the people need to get over the simple fact he went to the school in the south that seems to have OUs number but still this is not college.. This is the big league and we have a very special player in KD and we need to show it to him.

@ProfSearcy
That's like... deep.

Some guys wear their hearts on their sleaves, KD wears his on his shoes

WOW!!! LOVE THIS VIDEO.....I love that guy more and more ;) This is an awesome video ;)

that reminds me of the soles of the jordan IX and X, both of which featured career highlights and images on the soles. similar, but different from the kd's. the sole of the kd2 is a little different, but it still has the numbers... pretty slick.

Those some kool shoes.
