All the top defenses who foul a lot are in the east. If the offense is going to move out of the bottom ten the mostly likely ways would be more offensive rebounding from Ibaka and / or Collison or hot shooting in more minutes by Harden or continuation of the better shooting Durant has shown lately. Durant up to near 30% on 3s during last 10 games. They already 5th on getting to the line so I doubt that goes higher. Turnovers would be good to see could come down but I don't see much basis to expect it right now. Two teams are actually a bit higher this season. Injuries often have major impact on total season minutes though. Last tonight the current starters probably had their best night yet at +20.
