I know Russ isn't shooting good, but how great is that high assist-to-turnover ratio! He obviously needs to shoot the ball better, but I would rather him miss a few shots instead of turning the ball over as much as last season.

The one thing I had heard on Serge Iblaka is that his team defense wasn't always there last year. Guess it is still something he needs to work on.

I'm unhappy with how Jeff Green has looked in the preseason. I was hoping he was going to come in ready to start at PF. His defense looks about the same (bad), he's shooting the ball horribly, and not even hitting his free throws. Westbrook's shooting 30% (!) from the field but at least he's looking more like a point guard, I'm still not sold on Jeff Green as a PF.

Our free throw shooting was horrible yesterday. Green also had a very dissappointing game.

So what now is the best combination for 1st and 2nd groups? Obviously 1 Westbrook 2 Sef 3 Durant 4 Green and I like Thomas at the 5 at this point because he gives a little more on D and on the boards and that also gives us Krstic's offensive pop on the 2nd team (which we need). The 2nd group should be 1 Livingston 2 Harden 3 ??? (maybe overlap Green or Sef here withe the 2nd group some, not sure). 4 Collison 5 Krstic. I think both these groups can score which is more than you could say for last years team. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

Nick Collison's rebounding was also great. The thing about having Nick on the floor is that he takes the biggest dude and boxes out. Which opens up room for himself or someone else on the team to get the rebound.

Definitely a solid first half even with durant sitting out a huge chunk of the second quarter. I liked seeing harden in there as the go to guy and he didn't disappoint. Wanted to see a little more of Ibaka but a couple of those turnarounds were really close to going down.
