@Gar
I'm not saying that I like or agree with what he said. Both of the tweets you referenced came after the hood in the mall deal on Oct. 16. Certainly they are more inflammatory that Nick's weather-related comments. I'll admit that part of my reluctance to make too big a deal out of it is because of idiots like Traber.

I find that much more offensive than what Collison said.

I've looked at Tony's tweets for the past month, and other than one comment about - what else -the weather, the only comments came after a mall cop told him he couldn't wear his hood.

Plus, I was an idiot when I was 23. I can't hardly hold against anyone else.

That was me chiding pseudo-troll Kevin about the bad news from KD's inner-circle. I hope that wasn't too confrontational for some of the gentle spirits who frequent this blog. Its cyber-space fellas. Nobody ever walks away with a bloody nose. Good to hear about Bowen- he should be a positive influence in both the locker room and the practice facility.

<a href="#comment-27189" rel="nofollow">@Kevin </a>
Ahhhh, the voice of doom speaks. Well, if Tony isn't happy, I doubt KD will have much interest in signing that six year max contract to play with all these guys he has been adroitly pretending to be friends with. Damn, and we were so close to putting a nice team together.

KD is a good kid. Being a younger brother myself, it's hard to realize that they guy you looked up to all your life is just another guy, or worse not even average. You want to see them succeed, even if you don't agree on how they do it. Tony obviously has some attention issues (but honestly who wouldn't if their brother was KD), and KD is simply trying to give some of that back. When he says, "Follow my brother's twitter," it's not about him endorsing the things Tony says, it's about getting his brother some spotlight.

As for Tony not liking OKC, it really has little impact on OKC. Tony is a mid-20 year old who doesn't work and probably is only awake from 2pm to 4am. If your entire life revolves around tweeting and partying, you probably do like DC better, since there are dozens of clubs and all sorts of "degenerate element" to take part in. Heck, given the crap we see senators and reps getting into there, you can only imagine the stuff a guy like Tony could do. It's not an indictment that someone whose life is made for Vegas doesn't like OKC. KD likes it, and likes the people he works with here. KD being more subdued as a person and having a great deal more responsibility, it just speaks to the kind of people OKC appeals to.
