Its refreshing to see some of the folks in Washington state change their views about our state and handle the situation in a better manner, i think this trend will continue now that theres been some time to cool off, the houston article is a bit ambitious i think if u reverse the record, 36 and 46, it would be a successful season, really surprised that none of espn's hombres picked harden for r.o.y. i also agree with wilbon, i think we could definately compete and occasionally beat some of the big boys this season

On the Morning Animal today, they said Rumble was going to pay "drivers'" tolls. I heard it as "Driver's" tolls at first and was furious before I realized what they meant. Re: your TLO post ... I cannot stand Driver and thought he had successfully weaseled his way into something.

I must be in bizzaro world today. I read articles from a Seattle writer, and Jenni Carlson, and thought both of them were well done.

I didn't realize Russell was working out with Rose, but that's about as good a matchup as you can have athletically. I was under the impression that Russell stayed in southern California for most of the off season. Maybe that's where Rose spent some time too?

The new TV spot is better. I don't feel like I'm watching a political campaign. It seems we're stuck with Thunder UP no matter how much we complain.

I like the 10 plays. That Daye block was sweet. Oh yeah, Thabo's site will be redone pretty soon.

John McGrath was always one of the more reasonable and thoughtful Seattle area sports writers. Good for him coming full circle.
