The flooring in Loud City (300 level) is actually concrete. They grinded the existing floor down to expose some of the construction aggragate, polished, stained and sealed it. It looks very nice. Keep in mind the main concourse (100 level) hasn't had much, if any, work yet (new lighting, paint, new ceiling tiles). That will all happen next summer with the construction of the new entry/lobby. My dad is doing some parts of the next phase to the Ford Center. They are going ALL OUT. It does feel like a country club and feels real exclusive.
