I probably underrated his shot by a bit, but he’s certainly not a prolific scorer in my opinion, 12 ppg in his second year of college. Durant averaged more than double that in just his first, and only, year of college.. against far superior competition.

@Greg actually, austin (daye) is a pure shooter and little else. he's a guard in a tall body. he's a much better shooter than tayshaun and much worse everything else

Our problems from last year still remain.

1. No interior defense.

Yeah that’s absolutely awful. Daye is not a pure-shooter by any stretch, and that’s exactly what KD is. Daye is identical to Tayshon in my eyes, solid all-around players with a good tool set. Nothing close to Kevin Durant.
