@J.G. I actually think you and I are on the exact same page. I was actually referring to his potential to build that foundation you speak of and reaching that ideal weight. That peak growth window will be closing the more he works out and the older he gets. However the good thing about longevity in lifting is you increase strength but not mass, which is ideal for BBall guys (see your fiber size rather than quantity comment). Either way I definitely see you know your stuff, always fun to talk physiology with someone in the know!!!

OK Smooth was awesome. Definitely not Ford Center/family friendly, but maybe they can just play the beat during offensive possessions next season.

OK Smooth is actually a pretty good nickname, too.
