I read a Jenny Carlson blog today. I did it for Kevin Durant. I’m okay with myself for right now, just don’t ask me again in the morning.
Anyone else getting the urge to see Summer League games? I’m betting White will be added to that list before all is said and done.
</blockquote>
I apologize for that. It will never happen again. It's just that KD gave some really good answers.

Biedrins...Fantasy Basketball BEAST...

I agree for sure with the idea of trading anything that's not 1 or 2...Seriously...take Bosh on for what's left of his contract...See what happens...Russ gets a jumpshot and we're good...

Sure we might lose Bosh after a year..but what if he really likes it here? What if Russ turns that frown upside down (on Bosh)... Or we could just draft a 7 foot experiment again...

Ulimately it'd be sweet if Presti could turn that non 1 or 2 pick into more picks in the future...'Thunder Trade 3rd Pick for Two future 1st round Picks.'

it could happen...

Even a guy like Collison, who is just a sometimes starter in the NBA, would totally dominate Hansborough with his 5 years of pro experience, and he was late lottery (12th I think). Hansborough might make a few jumpers, but Colly would abuse him in the post, both offensively and defensively. He would also tear Thabeet up. Colly has played against the real deal with that kind of height (Yao Ming) and had some good games against him. He would throw Thabeet around like a rag doll if Dejuan Blair could.

<a href="#comment-5069" rel="nofollow">@J.G. (Joey)</a>
That's really the easiest comparison. The Tar Heels have a lot of good college players, but every single NBA team has 5 guys better than them. Ty Lawson was great in the tourney, but Westbrook has been able to shut down college players for years. Hansbrough was in the running for the Naismith, but he would be absolutely destroyed by Green or Krstic. Durant himself could single-handedly beat most college teams. There's just no reasonable way of thinking a college team could beat an NBA team.

Looking towards to draft, I really hope we jump into one of the top 2 picks (obviously), but am really worried about what we do if the ping pong balls don't fall our way. I have never been a Thabeet fan, and he unfortunately is a player pundits think fit with our team (even that I'd argue as our biggest weakness right now is offensive efficiency). Monroe is even more hot and cold than the Thunder, which makes pairing the two a big risk. Warren has a lot of upside, but it's hard to say where he would fit on the team. Harden would be an interesting complement to Westbrook as they seem to cover each other's weaknesses, but Harden fell hard in the final months of the year.

I'd rather use a 3-5 pick to pry away a star from a cost cutting team than draft one of the high bust potential guys after Blake and Ricky. Bosh, Amare, Lee, Millsap/Boozer, Biedrins, and others should all be available this summer. Let's go team Presti!

No college basketball team could ever beat an NBA team. Period. End of story.

Only people who haven't seen both live could ever argue the point (and I fell into that category a few years ago). Television just doesn't do the NBA players justice in terms of speed, power and skill.

Toss in the fact that even the Thunder, the fourth worst NBA team, is composed of three players who dominated college basketball on their way to the NCAA tournament and/or Final Four less than two years ago and it's just not even close.

It's sad that there is a breakdown of whether the Tar Heels could beat the Thunder, and I was relieved by the conclusion.
