Not having Westbrook in the top 3 rookies is, again for Deveney, so utterly ludicrous that I wonder if he actually watches the NBA or simply tries to write the opposite of what the majority of other sports writers do to be different. I'd definitely like to know what his critera is. Throwing darts at random rookie pictures? But hey, at least he's consistent in his absurdity.
