It's cool Irv. I'm in a similar boat myself. I thought about bringing a sign to the Thunder's opening night that said "It's official. I'm cheering for a Longhorn. (and loving every minute of it)"

Welcome Irv and thanks for reading. We'll just have to forgive all your grievances. Don't worry... we're all on the same team now.

Hey guys, I am a lifelong Longhorns fan (and I realize by saying this I am ultimately digging myself into a deep hole) as well as a former Sonics fan (even deeper...) but I stayed with the team and am now a huge Thunder fan. That being said, I love this site and look forward to following it more closely, as you all have insightful opinions and thorough knowledge about our team. It's unfortunate that by being a Thunder fan and listening to you guys I am thrust into Sooner territory, but so be it, I love this team. Keep up the good work Royce, and I'll be checking in with you guys again soon.

I always liked Jarrett Jack. I watched him play some in Portland. He is a nice shooter and defender and decent pass man. He won't ever be a star though. He's sort of a better shooting, younger Earl Watson.

I don't think we should. We need a true point guard to replace Watson. It would sure be nice to have the Lakers backup Jordan Farmar.

I know this way off topic, but does anyone else think that OKC should make a serious offer to Jarret Jack this offseason? He is a versatile combo guard that can start or come off the bench. He would sure be an upgrade from Earl Watson.

It is looking more and more like there was some sort of intervention from the league in the Tyson Chandler trade in order to NOLA to save face. No way a guy fails a physical and then turns around a week later and grabs 17 boards. I just listened to the PTI from 2/19 and Tony Kornheiser thinks the same thing, saying it this whole ordeal smells fishy. It sure is looking like that now and that's disappointing.
